I have over 25 years specializing in residential design for remodels, room additions and custom homes. Home design has always been my passion. I have enjoyed the diversity of design challenges brought to me by over 600 families who have relied on me for answers. My experience in listening to, learning from and designing solutions for numerous and diverse clientele is a valuable asset I bring to each new project. Getting Started

In-Home Consultaion

I have a great offer. For a flat fee of $95.00 I will meet with you in your home for up to 1 ½ hours to discuss your potential remodel. This is my opportunity to learn about you, carefully listen, ask questions, answer questions and offer options and alternatives.

We will discuss construction budgets and realistic expectations. Sometimes the solutions are obvious and simple and that may be all you need to help you make important informed decisions. While I offer other services you are absolutely free to use the information we share to move forward with your project on your own. Call to schedule an appointment.

Services

Preliminary Design

Preliminary design and plans give you the tools you need to be totally confident of design solutions and to clearly convey the design intent to potential contractors, suppliers and financial institutions. While I offer construction documents the preliminary plans may be all you need to move forward on your own. You are absolutely free to use or authorize use of the design by others. If you have selected a contractor I can work with them to help achieve a balance of function, beauty and economy.

Preliminary design services include:

In-Field Measurements

Review and documentation of your existing plans or “in-field” measurements and creation of floor plans representing the existing conditions. We need to know exactly what we have before changing it.

Municipal Requirements

If you are considering an addition, an investigation will be performed making sure all municipal requirements are met.

Additional Consultation

I will provide addition consultation as to your needs and potential design solutions.

100% Satisfaction

The preliminary design process is not complete until you are 100% satisfied with the results.

All designs are created using state of the art architectual 3D modeling software.

Additional Services

Construction Plan Documents

Full architectural construction documents suitable for competitive bidding and the architectural portion of building permits.

Realistic Rendered Views

You will be given realistic rendered interior and exterior views of the remodel assuring you’ll be more than satisfied with the design.

3D Video

You will actually experience your design inside and out in 3D video. How can it get any better than a virtual tour before you build.

Government Approvals

Documents and representation where governmental approvals are required prior to permits.
